At 4D Overflow, we help you understand and navigate the claim process while you remain in control from beginning to end.
Your one-time upfront fee includes:
- A phone walkthrough of the applicable government claim website
- Assistance entering information that you provide
- Help understanding what each section of the claim form is requesting
- Review and organization of publicly available information connected to your potential claim
- Guidance on the types of supporting documents the agency may request
- A personalized checklist to help you gather documents before submission
- Assistance organizing information for a smoother filing experience
- Follow-up navigation as you prepare to submit your claim
You remain the claimant and make the final submission directly to the government agency holding the funds. The agency—not 4D Overflow—reviews your claim and determines whether it will be approved.
If your claim is approved, the agency sends the funds directly to you.
4D Overflow does not take possession of your surplus funds, does not receive your claim payment, does not file claims as your legal representative, and does not provide legal advice.

Depending on your situation, the agency may request documents such as:
- Government-issued identification
- Proof of ownership or prior ownership
- Deeds, closing documents, or property records
- Estate, probate, trust, or heirship documents
- Business records or authorization documents
- Other documents requested by the agency
We can help you understand what the agency is requesting and organize the information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents submitted with your claim are accurate and complete.
Important Information
4D Overflow does not guarantee claim approval, payment, or a specific recovery amount. Claim decisions, documentation requirements, processing times, and payments are controlled by the government agency holding the funds.
Standard upfront navigation fees begin at $222 for one straightforward claim. Bundled pricing is available for multiple claims. Cases involving probate, estates, deceased owners, heir research, extensive documentation, conflicting records, or substantial additional research and time , or large-volume claim matters may require a higher fee after review. Any higher fee will be discussed and agreed upon before services begin. Fees are for research, claim-navigation, and administrative guidance services. 4D Overflow does not file claims on your behalf or for you. You remain responsible for reviewing and submitting your own claim directly to the appropriate government agency. Fees are not a percentage of your recovery and are not deducted from funds you may receive.
